Company: Konopi is a brand managed by CMYK Lifestyle Pte Ltd.
Payment: All cheques should be crossed and made payable to “CMYK Lifestyle Pte Ltd”.
Deposits: We accept 50% deposits; the remaining 50% payment should be fully completed when delivery is made. If the payment is not fully paid, we have the rights to recall items you purchased from us. Please note that all deposits made are non-refundable.
Indent: Lead-time for any indented furniture is approximately 8 – 12 weeks upon receipt of payment. CMYK Lifestyle is not liable for any delay resulted from any cause.
Storage: All purchases to be delivered or collected within 4 weeks of CMYK Lifestyle Pte Ltd informing customers. Any delay is chargeable at $50 per week per item.
Delivery: Delivery is available at $60-80 per trip within Singapore mainland at a timing agreed upon 3 working days prior to delivery date. For overseas delivery, please click contact us for more information. Should delivery be required to a unit not on a lift landing or grounding floor, additional charges of $10 per floor will be incurred. CMYK Lifestyle reserves the right to decline any delivery at our sole discretion. CMYK Lifestyle also reserves the right to change the delivery date and time should any unforeseen circumstances arise in the midst of delivery or shipment. Any changes in delivery date or time should be made at least 48 hours before stipulated delivery timing.
Damages: Any manufacturing defects or faults on the furniture should be notified within 3 days after receipt of goods.
Return, Refunds and Exchange: We aim for all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. In the event that this is not the case, we are happy to exchange your purchase as per the terms below.
CMYK Lifestyle Pte Ltd has the full discretion to decide whether the furniture is suitable for exchange or refunds and reserves the right to reject any returns. Only purchases made within 7 days of purchase can be considered for exchange and items must be in saleable condition.
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds and recommend our customers to make sure they are certain of their purchase(s) before committing to an order. Discounted and customized items are also non-exchangeable. There will be no exchanges or returns on accessories and home decorations. In order to make sure the item fits correctly and the fabrics are correct, we suggest you see it in store before purchasing.
Website: The colour tone on website and catalogs may be differ from actual products. We take your personal data and the information of payment and order seriously. We do not share it with other parties without your permission.
